Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 2768) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the                                                        
    state and a municipality."

    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN)                                                                                
    "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the                                                        
    state and a municipality; and authorizing the Department of                                                                 
    Revenue to furnish to a municipality returns or reports related to
